Hi, I’m Natalie Glime, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, owner and founder of Beauty Lab Aesthetics & Wellness.
With over 12 years of nursing experience and a background in critical care, intensive care, and emergency medicine, I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and aesthetic artistry to every patient encounter. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021 and have been providing aesthetic injectable treatments since 2019, helping clients look refreshed, confident, and naturally beautiful.
My philosophy is simple: aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features—not change who you are. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, whether that means softening fine lines, restoring volume, improving skin quality, supporting wellness, or helping you age gracefully with confidence.
